Reservation Information
- We offer a choice of 10 rooms ranging from $85 - $165
- Rates in the Bed and Breakfast Lodge include a full breakfast. Rates in the Cottage Suites do not include breakfast, but it is available at an extra charge of $7.50 per person.
- An 8 1/2% city tax will be added to all rates.
- Our office is open from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm for reservations. In the event that we miss you, please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible.
- All rooms are designed for two-person use. Sierra Madre is able to accommodate four with a sofa bed in the living room area.
- A credit card number or check for one night's stay is required to confirm your reservation.
- Two-night minimum stay if Saturday night is included.
- Check in is from 2 - 8 pm. Check out is 11 am. Please ask if you need to make other arrangements.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, traveler's checks, and cash.
Cancellation Information
- Please read the policy regarding cancellations carefully!
- Notice of cancellation or any change in your reservation date must be received five days prior to arrival date or the room rate will be charged if the room cannot be re-rented. Up to a 14 day notice may be required for holidays.
- If a last-minute cancellation is necessary, we will do our best to re-rent the room to another guest.
- No refunds for early departures.
- A $20 processing fee is charged for any cancellation.
Breakfast Information
- Breakfast is served at 8:00 or 9:30 a.m. Sat & Sun and 9:00 am weekdays. In the lodge rooms, coffee, tea or hot chocolate will be delivered to your room one half hour-before your selected breakfast time.
- All breakfasts are homemade and include entrees such as blueberry pancakes, monte cristos and eggs benedict. A buffet with various selections including fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, bread and baked items is offered while your entree is being prepared.
